Pet Policy
$10 per month covers one or two pets, no more than 2 pets, weight limit 40 lbs. in apartment style, 65 lbs. in townhomes. $300 non-refundable fee for one pet, $400 non-refundable fee for two pets. Limited breed types and no aggressive breeds.
